Translation
Translation costs are calculated on the basis of a page consisting of 1500 characters, spaces included. Another method is the per word calculation. Minimum charge: one page.
It is hard to set a fixed rate in translation. Indeed, translation costs may vary on the basis of several factors, namely the field, topic, nature of text, language combination, file format of the source text and urgency.

Sworn translations
Apart from the translation costs, calculated according to the above-mentioned indications, a fixed rate for the legal certification is applied. This is due to the civil, as well as penal liability assumed by the translator.
Furthermore, the customer will be charged for any cost related to revenue stamps or shipping of the documents.

Interpreting
The price is applied on an hourly basis. A working day consists of maximum 7 hours. For extra hours, the interpreter will apply a 20% surcharge. Minimum charge: 2 hours.
In case of assignments which are far from the interpreter’s residence, full hospitality or daily travel allowance. Furthermore, all travel expenses must be covered by the client.
